The Buddy Program matches each incoming exchange student with a local student at the Warsaw University of Technology's Warsaw, who will become their mentor and guide during their stay. The Buddy helps the exchange student get settled, shows them around the city, and introduces them to other students. It's a fantastic way to meet new people and learn more about Warsaw.


The Buddy assigned through the Buddy Program will be there to support you before and during your exchange experience in Poland. They can help you prepare for your arrival by answering any questions you may have, assisting you in finding accommodation, and even picking you up from the airport or train station if possible. They will also help you navigate life in Poland and at the university, and be there for any social activities, sightseeing, or other support you may need.

To register, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://buddysystem.eu.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Fill in all required fields.
  4. Confirm registration via email.
  5. Go to the My Profile tab and fill needed information.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Congrats! You are registered. We will inform you about your Buddy soon.
